We are excited to see you all again! It has been a long wait, but we are so happy to announce that we will finally be open as of June 30th, 2021. As you know, a lot has changed since March, but don’t worry, we are ready!!
What we are doing.
We have been keeping up to date with the provincial guidelines and we are doing everything to exceed them in order to enhance both yours and our safety, while providing you with a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Here are some things to expect:
The entire spa has been completely re-sanitized and we will continually follow the sanitization routine between each client.
All sharable items have been removed from the common areas. Complimentary treats will be suspended for now.
Signage has been placed throughout the spa as reminders of the new rules and safety standards.
We have installed sneeze guards at all stations where social distancing is not possible and placed hand sanitizer throughout the spa.
Each esthetician and client will be asked to answer the Safe Visit Protocol Questionnaire each time before entering the building.
For safety reasons, during this time (phase 2) we will not be providing any services that involve touching your face. These include: facials, lashes, microblading, threading, and facial waxing.
What you need to do.
We have taken time and advice to carefully examine the way we will be running things through Phase 2. Here are some of the things changes to prepare you for the appointment:
Wait Outside Please arrive to your appointment in a timely manner. We ask that you remain in your vehicle and let us know that you have arrived. Our staff will let you know when to come in. Please only bring minimal belongings in with you.
Once Called in When your esthetician calls you in, please enter through the back door. We have created a one way enter and exit in order to avoid crowding. You are required to wear a mask while inside the premises. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one for $2. Upon entry we ask you to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Your esthetician will then lead you to their fully sanitized station.
One Client At A Time Each esthetician will only service one client at a time. Each client must come to his or her appointment alone; please do not bring a child, spouse, friend, pet, etc. with you to your appointment. If you have an appointment at the same time as a friend or family member, you may wait for them outside the facility as you will be asked to exit once your service is complete.
Late Policy Due to a strict sanitization policy, we are running on a tight schedule, therefore all appointments that are more than 10 minutes late will be automatically cancelled with a $10 cancellation fee, and the appointment will have to be rescheduled. Please be mindful to arrive to your appointments in a timely manner due to these restrictions.
Hours Our staff hours have shifted in order to have the appropriate number of persons in the facility at one time. For this reason, we may not be able to accommodate your usual favorite time slot for now. We must ensure appointment times are completed within the time slot booked for each client, as we are trying to accommodate all of our wonderful clients. Please let your esthetician know of any extra services and/or design needs prior to your appointment (including: French design, Chrome, etc.).
Future Appointments Please understand at this time we will not be booking recurring appointments; you will be permitted to book one future appointment.
Retail We ask that you discuss any specific retail needs with your esthetician during your service so that we can have it ready for you. We will also continue to do delivery or curbside pickup for anyone without an appointment.
